Bye-Laws for Executive Committee
(1972)


The Central and Provincial Executive Committees shall have at least one meeting in each quarter of a Calendar Year, which is the joint responsibility of the President and the Secretary concerned.
The Provincial Chapters shall have at least two General Body meetings-cum-dinners in a Calendar year, the intervening period shall not be less than four months, and at least one shall be a family dinner.
In the General Body meeting at all-Pakistan level and also those at the Provincial levels, the President concerned shall present an annual report about the activities of his Cabinet and the Treasurer concerned shall read out the Statement of Accounts.
Failure to attend two consecutive meetings of the Executive Committee without the permission of the President by an office-bearer/ member shall result in his seat being declared vacant, subject to a single right to appeal before the Committee. The Executive Committee, and not the General Body, concerned shall fill such mid-term vacancies, provided no less than three months are left before the completion of tenure.
