Subject:- FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BYE LAWS FOR PROVINCIAL CHAPTERS

The funds for the Association may be collected from the following sources:

	Annual Membership fees by members.
	Donations
	Government grants
1.	The Treasurer shall be custodian of the Association accounts.
2.	The Treasurer shall maintain a Bank account in the name of the Association.
3.	The Treasurer shall be competent to affect drawals of amount of upto Rs. 1000/- (One thousand).
4.	Any financial transition exceeding Rs. 1000/- only shall require joint signatures of the President and the Treasurer.
5.	The Provincial President and the Provincial Treasurer shall be jointly responsible to ensure that fifty percent of the Annual Contributions collected shall be credited to the Central Treasurer of Pakistan CSP&DMG Association at Islamabad.
6.	The Treasurer shall present a statement of Accounts at the General Body meeting of the Provincial Treasurer Chapter at the end of each calendar year for approval.
7.	The Provincial President and the Provincial Treasurer shall be responsible to the Provincial Executive Committee on all financial matters.
