Bye-Laws for Membership

The Central and
Provincial Executive Committees shall have at least one meeting in each quarter
of a Calendar Year, which is the joint responsibility of the President and the
Secretary concerned. |

A serving officer shall be
deemed to be member of the provincial chapter, where he is posted. A retired
officer shall be deemed to be member of the provincial chapter where he
ordinarily resides. |
|
Upon transfer from Federal area to a province or vice versa or between
provinces, the officer shall be deemed to be member of the Chapter at the new
place of posting. The office bearer of a provincial chapter shall lose his
office in the Association upon out-of-province transfer. |
